| In charge of administration performance report, annual administration report, political view regulation of mayor election, pre-planning of major administrative policy, city administration meeting, important general planning and evaluation assigned by the mayor. |
| Control and Evaluation Division |
| In charge of annual bidding control, construction project report, control matters resolved through meetings, official document review and so on. |
| Public Service Division |
| In charge of the planning, implementation, management and evaluation of public service, and other matters regarding joint service center and public service. |
