The fun, popular Taichung City Arts & Culture Bus is being offered for the second time in 2012! Led by professional tour guides, participants experience a very educational tour that helps them understand more about Taichung's local culture, monuments, historic sites, artist workshops and other cultural hot spots.
The first round of this initiative involved four routes and 22 departures per day, with each tour ending very well, thanks to the enthusiasm of participants. The main reason for the positive feedback from the bus tours included the vivid, interesting and comprehensive content of these one-day events, plus the hospitality of every establishment along the way.
Sign-up for the second round of the Arts & Culture Bus will begin on Monday, June 18 at 9 a.m. Those who are interested in the four new routes (The Adventures of Tom Sawyer; Treasure Island; Alice in Wonderland; Little Prince; 23 departures) can sign up online or via phone or fax, and the first departure will be on July 7 (Sat.).
