Swimming and Self-help Program for Primary School Students

| Swimming course is listed as a compulsory course for public elementary school students above 4th grade. School shall conduct swimming course for gym course, and combine self-help skill into the training. At the end of every semester, individual swimming and self-help exam will be held; all students shall obtain 2nd level basic swimming and self-help standard before graduation. |
| Conduct swimming curse with subsidy: |

Subsidize swimming training and camp; according to subsidy principle of the Ministry of Education, expenditure for swimming couch and lifeguard can be subsidized. |
